YoungandLiving recently celebrated ‘World Health Day’ on April 7, 2018 at its Vadodara and Pune centres. 40 participants took part and got their Body Composition Analysis done during the same. Revamping their sedentary lifestyles completely, the workshop focused on inspiring people to make healthier choices vis-a-vis their diet and exercises.
