Dr. Reema Chaudhury

Dr. Reema Chaudhury holds a Ph.D. in English literature with more than a decade of extensive experience in teaching English Language, Business Communication and Public Relations to students of professional courses in multicultural, multilingual, diverse geographic and environmental settings.
She has trained several hundreds of graduating MBAs and students of other professional courses on interview skills, group discussion and presentation skills as a part of pre-placement training programs. She has conducted several Management Development Programmes (MDPs) on managerial communication for professionals and continues polishing the communication skills of children with the same vigor and steadfast efforts.

Dr. Ruchi Vaidya
Consultant, Food Technology and Nutritional Sciences
Dr. Ruchi Vaidya holds a Ph.D. in Food and Nutrition. She brings in her cutting-edge research skills and a huge repertoire of experience in nutrition, dietary sciences and food technology. She has to her credit numerous research studies in functional foods, pre-and probiotics and clinical nutrition with a special interest in clinical trials in diabetes, cardiovascular disorders and obesity. She was conferred the Young Scientist award by the Nutrition Society of India for her research work in the year 2013. Dr. Ruchi works as a visiting faculty at M.S. University, Vadodara, conducting lectures for postgraduate students in the field of Applied Nutrition.

Mr. Alpesh Christy
Administration Co-Ordinator
Mr. Alpesh Christy is one of the founding members of EcDEESHA. He holds a degree in Baking Technology from Anand Agricultural University apart from being a graduate in Indian music. While he has served as a successful professional musician for most of his life, he currently takes care of the administration unit of EcDEESHA and earnestly supports the Food and Technology wing with its experiments with innovative and nutritious food experiments.

Ms. Archita Ningoo
Assistant Nutritionist
Ms. Ningoo is a Nutritionist who works at the Young and Living fitness center in Vadodara, Gujarat. A university topper in P.G. Diploma in Applied Nutrition (P.G.D.A.N) from the Maharaja Sayajirao University, Vadodara, Gujarat in the year 2017, Archita’s areas of expertise include patient counseling and evaluation of health claims on health foods in the market. She supports various research and experimental projects related to health and nutrition at EcDEESHA.
